Daniela Natali
Director of Training & Development
Born and raised in the vibrant city of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Daniela Natali is the founder of Across the Spectrum Doula LLC and Maia’s Lactation Cookies. Daniela is passionate about the transformative experience of parenthood, birth, and building strong bonds with our children. A mother of three, Daniela has experienced both the joys and challenges of motherhood, including multiple pregnancy losses and adoption. These personal experiences motivated her to become a full-spectrum doula.
Since a young age, Daniela has strived to make a positive impact on her community. Her purpose has been to make the world a better place one person or child at a time. Daniela’s work focuses on multicultural family environments, especially for bi-racial families and individuals of color.
Daniela is a certified birth and grievance doula (SBD), trained lactation consultant, and childbirth educator through Childbirth International. She is also a certified Full Spectrum Doula through Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings (BADT) and has extensive training through the NJ DCP&P Parent Resources program. Daniela offers her services in English and Spanish and is a Medicaid FFS doula provider. Daniela teaches childbirth education and newborn care at Capital Health Hospital and the Children’s Home Society of NJ. She also runs a pregnancy and parenting group for teens in Camden, NJ, helping them navigate parenthood.
Outside of birthwork, Daniela is tending to her kids and family and making crafts or baking. She loves to make glass mosaic artwork (including belly cast mosaics!).
