Dr. Amanda Heritage, PT, DPT, PRPC

Dr. Amanda Heritage, PT, DPT, PRPC is the Founder and Owner of Breathe Life PT & Wellness. She is a 2011 graduate of The Richard Stockton University of NJ with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She is a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner with a heart on fire for womens’ health. Her extensive background in Pilates and dance empowered Amanda to pursue pelvic health as a Student Physical Therapist. With more than 1000 hours in continuing education specific to the core, pelvic floor and breathwork, she was the first to open a boutique pelvic health physical therapy clinic in Southern New Jersey in 2018. Her goal is to meet each person where they are on their pelvic health journey to navigate, advocate and collaborate with clients and surrounding community of pelvic health providers including OBGYNs, Midwives, Urologists,  pelvic pain specialists and Complimentary/Alternative providers.
